CLINIC REGISTRATION
OPEN TO GIRLS AND BOYS, Ages 5 - 17

WHEN TO REGISTER: August 1st – September 9th 
CLINIC COST:  $25 resident (Cornelius or Huntersville), $35 non-resident
Financial assistance available on a limited basis.

Clinics consist of three two-hour sessions:  September 12th, 19th, and 26th, from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, at Smithville Park in Cornelius.
Equipment is the same as for league play (see below for details).


LEAGUE REGISTRATION
OPEN TO GIRLS AND BOYS GRADES in Kindergarten through age 14, who have prior playing experience or have completed the Fall Beginner Clinics.

WHEN TO REGISTER:  August 1st – September 13th
LEAGUE COST (Includes jersey and trophy):
Instructional division, grades K-1st - $45 resident, $55 non-resident
All other divisions - $65 resident, $75 non-resident
Financial assistance available on a limited basis.

AGE DIVISIONS:
Boys U9 - Ages 7 & 8; must be 7 by 12/31/10
              Born between 1/1/2002 and 12/31/2003
Boys U11 - Ages 9 & 10; must be 9 by 12/31/10
                Born between 1/1/2000 and 12/31/2001
Boys U13 - Ages 11 & 12; must be 11 by 12/31/10
                Born between 1/1/1998 and 12/31/1999
Boys U15 - Ages 13 & 14; must be 13 by 12/31/10
                Born between 1/1/1996 and 12/31/1997
Girls Youth - Ages 7-11; must be 7 by 10/15/2010
                                Born between 10/15/1999 and 10/15/2003
Girls Middle School - Ages 11-14; must be 11 by 10/15/10
                                         Born between 1/1/1996 and 10/15/1999
Instructional Division - Boys and girls in Kindergarten and 1st Grade

The Fall League will consist of games only (no practices) starting October 3rd, with play taking place on Sunday afternoons at Huntersville Athletic Park.  Game times will be scheduled to start no earlier than 12:00 PM.  Each team is tentatively scheduled to participate in seven (7) games concluding on November 14th, with a possible make-up date of November 21st.  The number of games is subject to change based upon total registration (team numbers) and weather conditions.

Required equipment for K-1 instructional division: 
Gender appropriate stick and a mouthguard.

Required equipment for older divisions:
Girls: girl's stick, mouthguard, and approved protective eye wear.
Boys: boy's stick, lacrosse helmet*, gloves, shoulder pads with attached chest pad, arm pads, mouthguard and protective cup. Cleats or turf shoes recommended (no metal cleats).
*Football or hockey helmets will not be allowed as a substitute for the lacrosse helmet.

REFUND POLICY
In the event that a child cannot participate in the program in which he/she has registered, a 75% refund will be issued when notice is given prior to the first clinic (for Beginner Clinics) or first scheduled game (for League).  Once the first scheduled clinic or game has been held, no refund will be given.  Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing.
