This eight week session concentrates on Yang Style, 24 Forms. This is the most popular, most practiced Tai Chi Form around the world. Join this exciting class that will work all of the muscles, joints and tendons while placing the least amount of stress and tension on these areas. Tai Chi uses agile steps and gentle, flowing circular movements to provide a fitness and health exercise and a "moving meditation." The instructor, Joe Higgins, is a certified Tai Chi instructor. He has studied and trained in Tai Chi since 2001. The class is suitable for beginning students or anyone wishing to renew their Tai Chi practice.
