This eight-week group exercise class is designed for those of all fitness levels. Concentration is focused on understanding the Pilates Principles and learning the exercises in their most pure form. Denise Maffia, certified instructor, is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Classes are held at Bailey Road Recreation Center, 11900 Bailey Road. To register click here.
