The Towns of Huntersville, Cornelius, and Davidson Parks and Recreation Departments are hosting the local Hershey’s Track and Field Games for boys and girls ages 9–14. All kids participating in the local event will have a chance to move onto sectionals eventually having the chance to compete in national events. Participants can enter either two track events and one field event or two field events and one track event.

The Events are as follows:
50 Meter Dash
100 Meter Dash
200 Meter Dash
400 Meter Dash
800 Meter Dash
1600 Meter Dash
4 x 100 Relay
Standing Long Jump
Softball Throw
