Park Superintendent

 

 

The Town of Cornelius Department of Parks, Arts, Recreation & Culture (PARC) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Park Superintendent.  A four-year degree is required with three to five years related experience in a similar position within a municipal Parks and Recreation agency is preferred.  Reporting to the Parks and Recreation Department Director, the Park Superintendent is responsible for the administration of recreation/athletic program operations, capital project administration, park maintenance and other special projects.  The Park Superintendent is responsible for development, supervision and evaluation of PARC program services, and park/facility maintenance personnel.
